(Translated by Google) Super friendly and professional manager Marina Delgadillo. The property always looks very clean, complete and quiet. They always support so that you feel cared for and anything is always resolved in a good way. Atte. veronica lopez (Original) Súper amable y profesional la manejadora Marina Delgadillo. The apartments are kinda of gross the trashcan have trashed spilled all over the floor sometimes 3ft high with rats and racoons. The maintenance workers always say they'll fix your apartment next time and never do.The laundry buildings smell nasty like sewer and have washers that don't even work. Your cloth ends up smelling like sewer after wards half the time. But the rent is cheap but cheap management as well.

Ok so I've been living here over 13 years. The first management was great then the next management was so bad, rude not helpful. Now the management went back to being great. Very friendly and helpful. I hope we keep it like this.

I recently moved from Sunrose to buy my dream house, but I had a wonderful time living in this complex that I would stay for as many years as possible....

I have been living here for about 15 years and have never really had an issue. I live on the 1st floor and everything was fine up until about 9 months ago...
