They are super friendly in the office Marina, Elizabeth and Hector are very friendly and always on the lookout for a 10 and the apartments are super clean and very well taken care of.

Ok so I've been living here over 13 years. The first management was great then the next management was so bad, rude not helpful. Now the management went back to being great. Very friendly and helpful. I hope we keep it like this.

Iâve been here for almost a year and I love it! What makes the place the most enjoyable other than the reasonable price. Is the amazing staff the manager Ashley is so friendly and hands on and both Liz and Hector are amazing and give such great customer service. They are all so informative and have really made it easy to enjoy my apartment. Looking forward to many more years as a resident.

I’ve been here for almost a year and I love it! What makes the place the most enjoyable other than the reasonable price. Is the amazing staff the manager Ashley is so friendly and hands on and both Liz and Hector are amazing and give such great customer service. They are all so informative and have really made it easy to enjoy my apartment. Looking forward to many more years as a resident.

Loved this place. Was in our price range. The manager Ashley was so friendly and answered all my questions. When I had a few more questions and wasn't able to speak with Ashley, Hector was amazingly helpful just as well. We ended up getting something else because it was available a little sooner but definitely recommend this place!

The office staff here is very professional and helpful. The manager Ashley and her associate Hector went above and beyond to help me. I ended up finding something closer to work but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Been here for about 4 years, there have been a few management changes. The previous manager was just rude and unfriendly, the new manager Tammy is extremely helpful and kind. I feel better now that she is running the office. Maintenance staff has always been great and friendly. Miguel, Ramon, and Sal are always friendly and helpful. Overall I am happy looking forward to staying here
