It is an excellent place to live, beautiful, quiet and clean. Manager Marina's attention to any question or situation is excellent, they are attentive to any situation that may happen in the department.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and I just have to say that I love it! We have so many great places near like the park, market, restaurants. And management is friendly and helpful when needed. Marina (manager) and all the staff are very efficient.

I have been living in this apartments for 9 months and i love it! The Manager Marina always help me with any issues i have, i was having an issue to pay online so i dont have to keep buying money orders and she helped me to to do my account so i can easily pay online this made my life much easier!! We’ve lived here for almost two years and our experience has been really good. Location is great, nice neighborhood all around. Staff has been helpful when needed, specially Marina (manager), addressing issues promptly whenever they present themselves.

Ive been living here for two years and I love it, the area is beautiful, I was lucky to have a balcony and we have acess to a community pool which is great!!. The staff in the office is great always welcoming with a smile. Marina has always been soo helpful and caring !

Ok so I've been living here over 13 years. The first management was great then the next management was so bad, rude not helpful. Now the management went back to being great. Very friendly and helpful. I hope we keep it like this.

Loved this place. Was in our price range. The manager Ashley was so friendly and answered all my questions. When I had a few more questions and wasn't able to speak with Ashley, Hector was amazingly helpful just as well. We ended up getting something else because it was available a little sooner but definitely recommend this place!

Been here for about 4 years, there have been a few management changes. The previous manager was just rude and unfriendly, the new manager Tammy is extremely helpful and kind. I feel better now that she is running the office. Maintenance staff has always been great and friendly. Miguel, Ramon, and Sal are always friendly and helpful. Overall I am happy looking forward to staying here
