Not enough lighting, really bad landscaping, too many rats , lots of stealing from parking lot . I believe everyone will agree with cameras installation but not with another increase , times are very taught with our economy . Believe me I’m very comfortable here those are just some issues, management is good and maintenance outstanding! This was a positive review of what can be done ☺️

We’ve lived here for almost two years and our experience has been really good. Location is great, nice neighborhood all around. Staff has been helpful when needed, specially Marina (manager), addressing issues promptly whenever they present themselves.

Ive been living here for two years and I love it, the area is beautiful, I was lucky to have a balcony and we have acess to a community pool which is great!!. The staff in the office is great always welcoming with a smile. Marina has always been soo helpful and caring !

Nice area and all...but the unfortunate thing about this complex is that Not all apartments come with a balcony/patio.

The apartments are kinda of gross the trashcan have trashed spilled all over the floor sometimes 3ft high with rats and racoons.The maintenance workers always say they'll fix your apartment next time and never do.The laundry buildings smell nasty like sewer and have washers that don't even work. Your cloth ends up smelling like sewer after wards half the time. But the rent is cheap but cheap management as well.
