Pros: Low income housing next to restaurants, park, gas station Cons: Sometimes crime activity occurs with either car theft at night or some people potentially smoking drugs in the corner of the parking lot, and recently there was 3 gun shots only aimed at one person during a altercations and the suspects got away then police came 5 minutes later. So I recommend to maybe not live here for now if you don't want to experience that or wear a bullet proof vest.

I have been living in this apartments for 9 months and i love it! The Manager Marina always help me with any issues i have, i was having an issue to pay online so i dont have to keep buying money orders and she helped me to to do my account so i can easily pay online this made my life much easier!! Apartments are nice and nice area Thank you Marina
