It is an excellent place to live, beautiful, quiet and clean. Manager Marina's attention to any question or situation is excellent, they are attentive to any situation that may happen in the department.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and I just have to say that I love it! We have so many great places near like the park, market, restaurants. And management is friendly and helpful when needed. Marina (manager) and all the staff are very efficient.

the office staff is never in the office. why is no one in the office during office hours? i have to constantly go back and forth to the office to fill my laundry card up, or idk… pay my RENT, and time after time again i see a little sign that they’ll be back god knows when? i took this photo yesterday at 3:30 pm…saying they’ll be back the next day at 8 am?hello? your office closes at 6. it’s just not right. no secretary, no security guard, no MANAGER in sight. the lights are off and the door is shut, sometimes when someone is in the office they STILL will have a closed sign up. i suggest you hire someone who will sit in their chair and do their job not someone who takes a break after every hour and comes back whenever they please.
