I never received a response or update, and I noticed the request was closed even though the issue has not been resolved or if they came to investigate as I was told on the phone i wasnât notify. I still canât apply soap to the washer machine to use it properly. Thank you Carolina 219

The issue with a window in my apartment was looked at promptly with the change of new management and is now being addressed. Very happy with the response time.

The community and the apartment themselves are ok, however the office hours are unreliable and random, even when their office hours are posted on the door they lack to actually follow that schedule. This has been a recurring issue with this office and its not occasionally its way too often.
